Re: title

Present ownership cannot be determined on the basis of the facts you give. The wording on the deed will tell if the property belongs to you or to the estates of the others. Depending on the answer to this you may or may not need to have another deed made. The same goes for the question of your brother in law's rights. Your question cannot be answered in its form.

Re: title

I will need to look at a copy of the deed to your house to determine who owns it.

It's possible that title was held jointly with rights of survivorship, in which case, you may be the sole owner...however that's not likely the case.

If the title was held as tenants-in-common [likely], then you are probably not the sole owner.

Ownership may get complicated and will depend on the order of deaths and the terms of the various wills involved for those owners who have died.

I will need you to give me more information to provide an opinioin.
