what are trustee fees on corpus and income in the state of new jersey

6% on income annually, a reasonable annual corpus fee reviewable by the Court on the accounting of $5 per thousand on the first $400,000 and $3 per thousand on the excess over $400,000, plus a fee on termination of 2% if the trust has not been in existance for 5 years, 1-1/2% if existed between 5-10 years and 1% if over 10 years.
