Trustee of a Will
Can a Trustee be taken away from that title if he is deemed to be hostile toward the wishes for the person whose Will he is overseeing? ( No matter what his relationship is to the deceased)

Yes, but only if you can prove, in Court, by bringing an action for removal and replacement, that he has acted improperly, has acted for his own benefit and not for the trust or its beneficiary, or similar activity. You will need strong proof to have him removed.
