If u are one. Of three on a deed... The house gets sold...are the three deed holders entitled to 1/ 3 each of the sal of the property... No will is in place

Usually yes, but as Keith states, there may be other factors or facts that may result in a different response. For example, Deed may specify different percentages of ownership, or different levels of ownership. I need to see the original Deed involved for a better response.
