Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New Jersey

Uncle past away in Nov 2010 executor of will is in Afghanistan will not allow anyone else to handle will. There are two children one 21 the other 16 who were left his estate. Houses were already titled in their names. But the children mother went in the home and took all deeds, titles, paper work, jewelry off the deceased at funeral, removed car from home. Collected rent from rental property and has not paid property tax ect. She will not give anything back to them. The 16 yr old who was living with her left the home because she took all this stuff. She is living with her father. The 21 yr old lives in the home that the deceased also lived in. This home is deeded in the childrens names. How do they get their property back from her. I believe she stole all of this she had no right to removed from the property. She also took the copy og the will that was in the safe along with the safe.

Call me immediately. She is stealing from her own children? No, no, no. This needs to stop now.

The theft needs to stop, the stolen items and money need to be returned. And those kids need someone to get in there and protect them.

Today is good, Waiting until tomorrow is not as good.

I can help you with this. Give me a call, make an appointment to come see me, and let's get moving on this for you. No charge for the telephone call and no charge for the first office visit.

You can not rely upon what I have written as legal advice, because I do not have all of the information that I need to advise you, I only have the very small amount of information that you put into your question.
