Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New Jersey

will not probated yet what rights does the appointed excutor have

mother buried 4/27 my sister the alleged excutor threw me and 2 small children out of the house at 12am I have filed a coveat. Does she have the right to continue harrasing me and the kids when we came back to property we dont have anywhere to go. What can I do/or can't do.

The first thing you need to do is see a lawyer with a copy of the will and the deed to the house. She is not the executor until she files (probates) the will and is appointed by the Surrogate. She has no more power then you do until then. Also, if you are living there you have to be evicted by a court officer not by the "landlord". Call for an appointment and I think I can help you.
