Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New Jersey

Will-Paying off HELOC

My Father's will is in probate and we have an attorney. House A and B with no mortgages left to siblings with 2 Helocs encumbering House A. The will states that the net proceeds from sale of house B be used to pay off the Helocs(since sibling living in House A but moving this month). We have sold House B. Are we held to the terms of the Will to pay off both Helocs or can we just pay one now and the other on sale of House A?
