If 5 children are left a house in a mother's will and 2 children live in the house do the other 3 children have the right to charge rent to the 2 living in the house?

Receiving an interest in the house, the ones not living there have several options: They could charge rent (as they are entitled to some return on their interest in the property), petition the Court for partition (either having some children buy them out or ordering the property to be sold), or negotiate some other arrangement between them all. Not having seen the Will, I do not not know if anything was said in it about this situation? For more information, contact me directly.
