Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New Jersey
Wills
We have adult children from previous marriages. They live out of State. Should we include a clause in our will regarding burial wishes and how should it read.

Re: Wills
Including burial instructions in your Will is generally not a good idea because the Will may not be read until AFTER the funeral, and at that point it's no good to anyone.
Better to leave specific writen burial instructions for your family and tell them what they are while you are alive.
