Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New Jersey

Wills

What forms could I use if I want to set all my assets, now while I am alive. I want to seperate my business assets and my personal assets to be distributed to two seperate people. My wife would receive all my personal assets and my business partner would receive all my business assets?

Re: Wills

You need financial and estate planning. You will need a Living Trust and a Will, and probably a Power of Attorney. There are no "magic forms." You need the help of a good tax and estate attorney.

I hope this helps!

Re: Wills

You should speak to a lawyer and explain your situation in more detail. There are different ways to handle the distribution of your personal and business assets, but there are other considerations which must be reviewed [e.g. the NJ spousal right of election in your estate which may affect the $$ amount that you must leave to your spouse].
