Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New Jersey

Wills

my mother recently passed away in New Jersery. And had a will I am her son. I had asked to see the will but my other sibilings refused for me to see it They told me I was not included and there was no reason for me to see it. They even refused to tell me the attorney who is handling it. I had a vehicle stored on her property with her permission which in no longer there.

and also a corn-bean planter which was stored there nobody seems to know the what happen to it. I don't know what to do in this situation. Don't I have a legal right to see the will? and as far as my vehicle and my planter I have the title for the car and paper work for the planter which my wife got from he estate. I do know her grandson has the will and is putting things out to the road for sale.

Re: Wills

IF YOU HAVE NOT BEEN PROVIDED A COPY OF THE WILL, WHICH IS USUALLY ONLY GIVEN TO PERSON'S NAMED IN IT, CALL THE SURROGATE'S OFFICE WHERE YOUR MOM LIVED WHEN SHE DIED. YOU WILL BE GIVEN INFORMATION ON WHO WAS APPOINTED EXECUTOR AND WHAT ATTORNEY IS REPRESENTING THE ESTATE. FOR A SMALL FEE THEY WILL SEND YOU A COPY OF THE WILL. IF YOU WANT TO CONTEST IT OR RAISE A CLAIM, YOU SHOULD RETAIN A LOCAL ESTATE ATTORNEY PROPMPTLY, AS THERE IS A LIMITED TIME TO FILE A CONTEST.
