No. Nor should they be. Until a person dies, s/he may change the Will. Wills are filed after the person dies.

In New Jersey, as in most States, Wills and Estate Plans are not filed or recorded prior to death. Upon death, a decedent's Will is admitted to Probate in the County Surrogate's Office of the county of residence.
