Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New Jersey
Word of mouth
For a will, is word of mouth just as good as it being written. When it is multiple people against one, shouldn't word of mouh be sufficient?

Not a chance. If there is no Will, the law of intestacy determines inheritance.

I'm not sure I understand your question.
If you are suggesting that instead of a written will, you could simply say: "Uncle Joe once told me that he wanted me to have all his assets when he died" and that statement would constitute a 'will'.... then the answer is "No."
