Legal Question in Workers Comp in New Jersey
Do you know of an attorney who is able and capable of handling complex PTSD case caused by the creation of a hostile work environment. It involves a 20-year worker for a municipal court in Hudson County. I understand that conflicts can occur; however a change of venue could be requested to avoid conflict. Person suffering from PTSD has been diagnosed by a medical professional and is receiving treatment through private medical. However, is not receiving monetary assistance at this time. This stemmed from employment and Town is refusing short-term disability or temporary disability through job. Can someone help in seeing that a member of the Court for 20 year's Civil Rights are protected as any other normal person who has suffered a work related injury?
