Legal Question in Workers Comp in New Jersey
Is my employer responsible?
When I started on my job a year and a half ago, my wrists were fine. I was just diagnosed with carpal tunnel syndrome. My employer has workman's comp coverage for some, but not all of the workers. I am not one of the people covered on the plan. Is it true that he is still responsible to pay all medical bills, any medications and the surgery that I am required to get to have this injury corrected?

Re: Is my employer responsible?
I have never heard of partial workers compensation coverage. If you are employed by a company, then you are covered by their workers compensation plan. If you are like a temp employee sent there by an employment agency, then you would be covered by the employment agency's workers compensation plan. I am an attorney who has handled many cases simililar to yours, people who have work related carpal tunnel syndrome, in the past. I would like very much to discuss with you the benefits you are entitled to and also what I can do to help you get those benefits. Please call me at 908-272-0111 to discuss your case in more detail. There is never any charge for simply talking to me about a case. Thank you.
Sincerely yours, -Ronald Aronds, Esq.-
