Re: hurt at work
I need you to confirm that you got hurt on the job while working in New Jersey. If this is the case then you have a very good workers compensation claim in New Jersey and even though you live in Florida now I can proceed on your case in New Jersey even if you don't come to court. Regarding unemployment, I don't know Florida law for unemployment, but it could not hurt to apply for unemployment and discuss your options with a representative at the unemployment office. Regarding your workers compensation claim, I am an attorney who has handled many cases similar to yours in various workers compensation courts throughout New Jersey in the past. Please contact me to discuss your case in more detail. I never charge for simply talking to a person about their case. Thank you.
Sincerely yours, -Ronald Aronds, Esq.-

You need an attorney. It is impossible to determine your rights jsut by this posting, but if you need more treatment there are ways to get this. Further, if you have a permanent injury, which it appears, then you should be able to get payment for perm, not just the temp.
Our firm has several well qualified Certified Worker's Comp Lawyers who can help you. Please give me a call and we can set up a no cost consult. Also, any fee comes from a recovery and generally the majority are paid by the insurance company, not your portion.

You may have a substantial claim. You should seek legal advice. I will be happy to help if you are in south Florida or refer you to someone.
