Legal Question in Workers Comp in New Jersey

independent agent

I worked briefly in the insurance field

and now they have a judgement or

at least a mention in my credit report

I brought in some business for them

bought a laptop used my gas and car

which means I worked for them at

a loss now they want the 896.00

back. I did not go out to look to work

for them they advertised for agents.

It is important to identify whether there is in fact judgment against you. Regardless, I would suggest for you to have a lawyer contact the party who claims you owe certain monies and a resolution might be possible to avoid any future problems with your credit or liens against your assets.
