Re: medical motions

Your question is too brief to allow for a considered answer. You may want to discuss your case with an experienced local attorney. There generally is no charge for an initial appointment.

Re: medical motions

In New Jersey, the time limit for filing a Motion for Medical benefits

would be the same as the statute of limitations, 2 years from the date of the accident or

receipt of medical or temporary benefits.

Generally however an injured worker should file for medical benefits

as soon as possible because unauthorized care will be the responsibility

of the injured worker. The sooner you get to court the sooner the

judge can decide your entitled to medical benefits and the insurance

carrier is on notice of a potential liability for unauthorized medical care.
