Refusing Surgery

If I refuse to get my ankle fused,does it jeopardize my entire case?

No, it does not jeopardize your case; nobody can force you to have surgery. Two things though: First, I always advise my clients to follow the advice of their doctors and Second, if you are currently receiving workers compensation temporary disability payments then your refusal to have surgery could result in your temporary disability payments being stopped.
