Legal Question in Workers Comp in New Jersey

off site injury

I torn my ACL from a fall on ice at a parking lot my employer designated me to park in is that related to WC related? If so, can you pick out the law or rulings that show it?

Re: off site injury

If you were walking into work through the parking lot or leaving work and had not yet reached your car when you fell, then you can file a claim under workers compensation for your injury. Depending on who the parking lot belonged to, you may also have a personal injury law suit for your injury. I am an attorney who has handled many cases similar to yours in various workers compensation courts throughout NJ in the past. Please contact me to discuss your case in more detail. I never charge for simply talking to a person about their case. thank you.

Sincerely yours, -Ronald Aronds, Esq.-
