So the doctor put me back to work without restrictions. my emplyer refused to take me back and also stopped paying me workmans comp. they also used my time without me knowing and then placed me on family leave without pay. my comp attorney is suing for the injury, but what do i have to do to sue for harrassment from my employer as well as undo stress? They finally let me return back to work but refuse to give me back my time that they took from me or the time that was not paid to me.

Re: stopped payment

If you have an attorney representing you already, then these are the questions you need to ask him. I would advise you to talk to him about these questions as soon as you can, as at least part of them can possibly be included in your existing workers compensation claim. If for some reason he can't or won't answer your questions to your satisfaction, then you can contact me directly. I am an attorney who has handled very many cases similar to yors in the past. If you would like to discuss this with me further please call me at 1-908-272-0111. Thank you. Sincerely yours, -Ronald Aronds, Esq.-
