Legal Question in Workers Comp in New Jersey
i have been out of work since 3-3-09 and filed around then how long does it normally take to end the case i know each ts diffrent but just a ball park beacuse i really need the seetelment money

I usually settle cases within 18 to 24 months from the date the person finishes his authorized treatment. However, not knowing your case at all, I cannot say that the same time limit would apply in your situation.
