when you recieve a settlement from workers compensation do you have to pay for your medical attention you recieved for your injuries at work place that was not your falt due to company neglect

If this claim was deemed to be compensable, that is if it was agreed by the insurance company for your employer that they were responsible for your injuries, then you should have been receiving free medical care provided by workers compensation from the beginning. If you went to your own doctor and not the doctor approved by workers compensation then they do not have to reimburse you for those bills.
