Legal Question in Workers Comp in New Jersey

I had a workers comp case that ended n the worst possible way and didn't start off to well either. I had fired my first lawyer becase he was incompotent. Then my second lawyer said I had a solid case and would be set for life. We settled originally in 2001 I had been outta work 4 years at that point. Iused most of that money just paying off bills. Part of my injury was treated and we repeatedly requested treatment of other injuries that were constantly ignored still unti this day. We reopened and settled again in 2004 for 100 total disability . But at the time I felt uncomfotable with that I found out recently that if the injury that I'm seeking pain mgmt for now is the same I have been complaining about could be fixed I could have finished school and returned to work I feel this crucial info was witheld from me and I have been trying to get my attorney face to face for 5 years to get a retrial on this case he will only communicate with me through his secretary. And he does very little to help me fix this. I am 45 now this happened 1997 I still owe 30,000 dollars I am homeless every year or 2 and I don't mke enough monthly to support myself. If I try to get another attorney I don't know if he would get any money. Is it me or is something wrong with this situation. Can I get a complete retrial for some reason . Or am I just going to be walking dead unti I expire .

I can't help you with the workers compensation case, but if you haven't done so already I advise you to apply for social security disability. You can either do this online at the social security administration website or you can apply in person at your closest social security office. If you apply and are then denied, I can help you on the appeal of your social security claim.
