Your situation is complex and needs further review regarding the specific details of what happened. In general though you will only received workers compensation benefits from the part time job's workers compensation insurance carrier if that is the job where you got hurt. The amount of benefits you will receive will be determined by the weekly salary you received from the part time job. However, if your injury is severe, you will still be able to apply for a permanent disability award for the injury, even though it occurred as a result of your part time job. I am an attorney who has handled a large number of workers compensation cases similar to yours in the past. I would like to discuss your case in more detail to see what advice I can give you or how I can help you.
