Legal Question in Workers Comp in New Jersey
I've been working for this company for 14 years. Recently the company was bought by a private equity firm who also bought another company like the one I'm working in. The private equity firm is now consolidating the two companies and will close down our facility.
Others such as myself have been working there for several years. Question, are we entitled for some sort of workman's compensation for years of service?

Workers Compensation deals with injuries you may have suffered on the job. If you or any of your co-workers have suffered any type of injury on the job, including such things as carpal tunnel syndrome, then I would be happy to speak with you or them at no charge to discuss the options you or they may have. Thank you.
