Legal Question in Workers Comp in New Jersey
What is this worth?
Being seriously injured at work, i.e., disc removed and plate with screws put in, shoulder surgery (tendon, muscle damage) how and what price figure is given to such an injury. Cannot work in the health profession anymore due to this injury. Collecting Worker's Comp at 70% of my salary.
Will these injuries be compensable?

Re: What is this worth?
You are entitled to a permanency award based on figures that apply to the year in which you were injured. The figure is arrived at looking at your average weekly wage, and max's out at a moderate level. Please call me to discuss this. I can't give you a proper figure without knowing more.
