Legal Question in Bankruptcy in New Mexico
In 2008, I filed Chapter 13 with my then husband. in Missouri Now I'm being sued by a dept collector, from Indiana, for a bill from 2001. I now live in New Mexico. How do I go about handling this?

Talk to your chapter 13 attorney. Although not part of his retainer, must bankruptcy attorneys are happy to take on stay violation cases, as court's easily award attorneys fee's against the offending creditor. http://www.superdebtbuster.com
