Legal Question in Business Law in New Mexico
I bought a car a week ago and have realized I payed too much and didn't want it anymore. I was called today and they wanted me to go sign a new loan contract because the bank they found required a longer version. They haven't taken out the down payment yet but I did sign all the other paperwork, do I have any options?
