Business Travel
I like to have my wife accompany on business travel. My company says having my wife travel with me on business trips in my POV is a liability to the company. They want stop allowing it. Is this legal?

They are justifiably concerned that if you were to negligently cause an accident in which she was injured, they could be held liable for her injuries as you were "on the job" at the time.
