Buy Sell agreement
My employer want to offer me 20% of his small company and wants me to sign a buy sell agreement. Are there any reasons I would not want to do this?

Re: Buy Sell agreement
It depends upon the present debt and future prospects. When you buy into a business you buy the debt as well as the assets. If the debt is significant, the question is how will it be paid and how will I make money, too.
