Legal Question in Business Law in New Mexico

A company shipped items to me and billed me even though I didn't order them. I've never done business with them before. I'm not paying but they insist I should return the items. Do I have to send them back?

Any attorney will say you should make them available for pick up. Sending them back is the vendors problem. Consult with an attorney in your area for specifics.
