When signing a simple contract for services between two parties, do both parties need to sign the contract with their legal names or can one use an alias and the contract still be legally enforcable and binding? I appreciate your help in this matter!

As a Franchise Attorney I must advise that both parties use their legal names for the contact to be enforceable. If one uses an alias, it would need to be used along with their legal name. For example, John Smith, also know as XXXX Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
