Legal Question in Business Law in New Mexico
How do I sue my partner if he lays me off and I own 10% of the business. Doesn't he still have to buy me out.

If legal action is taken to dissolve the partnership, and your post suggests it could be required, then you are entitled to be paid your interest in the partnership.
