Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in New Mexico
my daughter got involved romantically with another girl. My daughter is only 16, however the other girl is 19. We have forbidden her to see this girl, but she is very persistant. Can we legally get a restraining order against her even if our daughter is still trying to keep the relationship going?
