Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in New Mexico

Early May this year, i won $120 jackpot at the Casino 'The Downs'.

When my name was called in the drawing, the front desk lady

called the manager because my ID is foto copy.

I got my real ID now. Someone that i talked to at the 7-11 store

told me i should have sue the manager of that casino and get

some money that i deserve.

Please let me know if i can do that.

No. A photographic copy of an ID is invalid in NM.
