Extradition Laws
My Husband was picked up in New Mexico on a warrant for a parole violation out of Texas. he signed a waiver of extradition. How long can he remain in the custody of new mexico?Is there a length of time he has before new mexico has to let him go free?

Generally, 30 days. The NM Governor may extend the time upon request, for another 30 days.
