Harassment of a federal emloyee by immediate federal supervisors proposing to re

Harassment of a federal employee, proposing 30 suspension and possible removal based on work ethics. Employee works in personnel office, therefore, has no rights to union representation and has contacted an EEO counselor. what would be her best avenue as far as resolving complaints, threats, suspensions, etc.

It sounds as if, having contacted an EEO counselor, you know that discrimination is one of your only viable avenues of complaint. The suspensions are also likely to be appealable to the Merit Systems Protection Board.

Either way, you need qualified legal representation. Sounds like a "hairy" situation.
