I am being sued for borrowing money I did not borrow. What are my legal rights.

You have the right to answer and defend against the lawsuit. You also have the right to bring a counterclaim for malicious abuse of process if you can prove that the Plaintiff had knowledge that you did not legitimately owe the money.
