yes i got a letter from prize awards from hong kong saying i won 5.594.992.oo and for me to answer back in 21 days this is the secound letter i got from theam . i have to contact payment office and send them 40 dollers . can you help me get this free advice

It is a scam. There is no truth to it. If you send them money, then you will be poorer by the amount you send. Delete that email; delete any other like it. Check Snopes.com for further explanation of these relentless internet scams which have been around for years and which have cost countless people a great deal of money. There is not such thing as a prize which requires you to send money in order to collect.
