Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in New Mexico
I moved across country to help my son and his wife attend to their new born. When arriving here I bought a business that they were suppose to help me with. I was also living in the mother in law quarters. They wouldn't help with the business threw me out on the street and wont let me see my grand daughter. what can I do

You have legal rights to visitation with your grandchildren under NM law. Those must be established by court action, so filing in court is required. The business is apparently yours, and there is nothing you can do if they refuse to participate. Unless you had a lease on the house, you can be evicted with 30 days written notice, but not otherwise. It appears from your post that you will need to build a new life without your son and his wife.
