Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in New Mexico
Is there a requirement for an organization to provide Sexual Harassment training to its employees either, within a specified time or every so often (ie: every 2 years, etc.)? I am submitting this as a free question. Thanks in advance for your response.

There are state and federal laws prohibiting sexual harassment in the workplace which are administered by the New Mexico State Labor Board and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, respectively. Those laws do not require seminars or training on the topic, so, no. A wise company would do such training, however, as it is vastly cheaper to train than to pay for the actions of someone untrained who caused such problems.
