Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in New Mexico

rights in airports

My son is a student ambassador with

people to people. He was violated in

3 US airports last year. I have been

trying to get answers from TSA,

people to people and both my US

Senators, all of which are evading or

ignoring me. He is leaving again in

less than two months and I don't

want him violated again. What can I

do to get a straight honest answer to

my questions. His delegate leader is

waiting for answers too so he knows

what to do to protect the minors in

his care. He received no training

from people to people in this area

and wants to know the laws himself.

I can't type a lot, bad hands,

disabled- please get with me by

phone for details.

Thanks:

Re: rights in airports

There's no phone follow-up, this is a website not a real legal clinic, sorry.

You don't describe what the "violation" is, so it's not clear what to do to respond. Your best bet is to figure out why he's getting "violated" and remove those conditions before his next trip. if it has happened twice, it's no longer a mystery.
