Search Warrant
I have two questions that i need to know for an essay
that i must do for school.
1 Should a motion to suppress the evidence collected
as a result of the search warrant be granted?
2 Should the state of new mexico proecute parents for
felony murder concerning the death of a young child?

Re: Search Warrant
1. If the search warrant is valid, the answer is "no." If it is defective, the answer is "yes."
2. If the parents caused the death of their child through some behavior not meeting the fundamental standards of child-raising, yes. e.g., they let the child drink alcohol and the child died as a result.
