i had i situation come up is it illegal for a dective and social to take to to the fbi to ask some question on a domestic violence without telling you where your going until you get there

No, it is not illegal. You had a 5th Amendment right, however, not to go and not to talk. It is always best to exercise that right. Also, there is something not right with your question. The FBI does not involve itself in domestic violence prosecutions.
