Contact the NM Department of Labor and get their advice. They may be able to help you get your wages. It is a criminal offense in NM to fail to pay wages when due, and their could be civil penalties involved, also. The Department will provide you with the necessary information, although you may have to make an appointment to fill out some paperwork.
