Hello last year I trusted a rent to own houseing att0rity by telling them my criminal back round I was convicted of a violent offence.well now the whole neighborhood knows.do I have qualify for a civil suit case because I feel that my confindintiality was violated and privacy was violated.

No. You have no right to confidentiality nor privacy concerning a criminal conviction. It is a matter of public record, and the public has a right to know and to tell. Under the present state of NM law your record will remain with you for the rest of your life, and anyone who wants to can look it up and tell others about it if they wish.
