Legal Question in Technology Law in New Mexico
i have been talking with alending group online and the y e-mailed me some paper work ot obtain a loan.
I filled out the paper work and e-mail it back. a few days later I called them and told them that I wanted to cancel the loan. the company rep told me that I would be charged the first five months of the loan and would have to pay it up front regardles wether I took the loan or not.
Is this a scam, and what do I do?
