Legal Question in Constitutional Law in New Mexico
Is it contempt if a case is pending and individuals involved are mocking the court and assigned judges in a public forum?? ie; internet, faceboodk, etc....
Or would it be considered Freedom of Speech..

It would probably be protected speech, unless it somehow violates a prior court order. But I would have to know what was said, the surrounding context, and what orders had been made before I could offer an opinion.
Of course, even if mocking your judge and your court is legal, it is probably very unwise.
