Legal Question in Consumer Law in New Mexico
I bought some skin products that was supposedly be exclusive to a kiosk at the mall. I was told I can't get these items anywhere but through the kiosk sales representative. I found and ordered the same exact skin products on amazon for 1/4 of what the kiosk were selling it for. I wanted the full refund for my purchase but the manager can't even call me to discuss what happen and resolve this matter. I tried calling him 3 times and stopped by the kiosk 5 times but the rep said they can't do anything for me without a managers/ owner of the kiosk approval. What legal advice can you give me , if you were in my shoes ?

Buy your products from Amazon in the future rather than mall kiosks. There is not enough money involved to pursue the matter further. Chalk it up to 'buyer beware.'
